Delivery policy

We brew once a week. Orders placed between Friday 12:00 am and Thursday 11:59 pm (IST) are brewed on Friday night and delivered on the following Sunday.

We deliver only to the Bengaluru pincodes listed at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay, and they may be waived during campaigns or above a minimum order value.

If you choose a delivery window, we aim to arrive within it. We will WhatsApp you an estimated time on Sunday morning. If we can’t reach you after two attempts, we will contact you to reschedule. Cold brew left uncollected for more than 24 hours cannot be redelivered.

Orders placed after Thursday’s cutoff go into the following week’s drop.
