Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until orders close on Thursday at 11:59 pm. WhatsApp us your order number to cancel.

After the cutoff your coffee is brewed specifically for you, so we can’t accept cancellations. If you can’t receive the delivery, someone else can collect it on your behalf.

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it in the next drop or refund it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI or Razorpay) within 5–7 working days.

If we cancel an order, for example because a batch fails our quality check, you will get a full refund.
