Privacy policy

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, optionally, your email. We use these only to take, deliver and support your orders, and to send you order updates on WhatsApp.

Payment proofs (screenshots and UTR numbers) are stored privately and seen only by our team for verification. Card and netbanking payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers (hosting, WhatsApp messaging, payments) to run the service.

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to hello@beancold.com. We keep invoices as long as tax law requires.
